This package guarantees 3 lessons within the month, but may include as many as 4 or 5 lessons depending upon the number of that assigned lesson day of the week during a 30 day period.

This package is offered to students of all levels.

Monthly tuition payments are due on or before the beginning of the month.

Lessons are scheduled weekly but allow flexibility for the professional obligations, workshops, conferences, holidays, inclement weather and sick days of the teacher and the student. As a general policy, “make-ups” are not given. Understand that tuition is not for a set number of lessons but is roughly priced at three lessons per month. The teacher(s) performs professionally and makes every effort to be consistent with lesson scheduling.  Lessons are weekly unless cancelled.  Occasional group classes and a recital are included in tuition. Payment for this package holds student’s spot in these special offerings during the term paid for.  Regularly scheduled lessons will not be given on holidays and extra lessons may be scheduled at will and by appointment only.  As a general rule, Wassum String Academy follows the holiday policy of Fredericksburg Christian Schools.  The following are established holiday dates:

  • Labor Day 2023 (September 4)

  • Thanksgiving Break 2023 (November 20-26)

  • Holiday Break (December 18-January 1)

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January 15)

  • President's Day 2024 (February 19)

  • Easter Break 2024 (March 29 - April 7)

  • Memorial Day 2019 (May 27)

In the event of inclement weather, WSA follows the Fredericksburg Christian Schools closing policy.  If school is cancelled, all regularly scheduled lessons will be cancelled as well.  On non-school days, please look for an email or text from the instructor for cancellation or reach out to confirm lesson status.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy which is to be followed at all times.  We realize that emergencies do arise, but adequate notification allows other students to be scheduled in your place.  Please email or text anytime to notify the instructor of your cancellation.

Tuition payments are due on or before the beginning of the term.  All students must be currently registered with Wassum String Academy.  Please do not submit payment if you have not yet discussed enrollment with us.

Please include the Registration Fee in your cart, fill out this form (one per student) and submit it by email.  Returning students for new terms must also renew registration.  Please contact WSA if you have questions or need to update your file. 

Registration fee is $50 per student per term, $90 for two or more students per term.
